My mission is to make sure that everyone who buys a custom picture frame or my artwork is more than happy with their purchase.
That said, please reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns about your picture frame.
Damaged Frame?
Did you receive a picture frame that was damaged during transit? It’s unfortunate, but it can happen. That said, I want to make it right.

In your email please include a brief message about what was damaged, along with pictures of the damaged frame/artwork & pictures of the box.
* Contact must be made within 48 hours after receiving damaged items.
Refunds & Returns
My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for picture frames. I do not offer refunds or returns for prints.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4600 Maccorkle Ave Se #40164 Charleston, WV 25364
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
